Live-out Housekeeper in Mies

A private family of five (two adults, three children) seeks an experienced, highly organised Housekeeper to manage the daily upkeep of their residence in Mies (not far from Geneva). With a nanny already in place, this role focuses on household operations, cleaning, laundry, and supporting smooth day-to-day running.

Schedule: 5 days/week, 2 consecutive days off, 2 housekeepers will be working on rotation: 10 am till 7 pm and 12 pm till 9 pm with breaks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full housekeeping and cleaning to high standards
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
• Kitchen organisation, stocking, and simple meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and household supply management
• Coordinating deliveries and external service providers
• Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring follow-up
• Liaising with the family and nanny on household needs

Candidate Profile:

• Proven private household experience (UHNW background a plus)
• Strong organisational and cleaning skills; good cooking ability
• Proactive, discreet, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driving licence preferred
• Clean police record and checkable references
• Legal right to work in Switzerland

Location Requirement: Ideally within a 40–45 minutes’ commute to Mies.

Start Date: ASAP

Salary & Benefits: Salary is negotiable, between CHF65,000 and CHF70,000 gross annually. Full Swiss employment contract and benefits provided.
