- On behalf of one of our VIP clients, we are seeking a highly experienced and professional Nanny for a permanent position, to provide long-term care and oversight for their child. This role will continue beyond the maternity phase and offers a unique opportunity to work within a well-supported, high-profile household.This position carries senior responsibility, as the Nanny will oversee the Maternity Nurse and other nurses/baby carers involved in the child’s care.The Nanny will be the key point of coordination for the child’s daily routine, wellbeing, and development, working closely with the parents and supported by a dedicated team to ensure the highest level of care.Schedule: 42 – 50 hours a weekAccommodation:
- Shared bedroom with the baby during duty hours
- Access to an independent private unit within the premises for personal time
Duties include:- Overall responsibility for the child’s care and daily routine
- Supervising and coordinating the Maternity Nurse and other baby carers
- Communicating with parents on all aspects of the child’s care and development
- Ensuring consistency in routines, standards, and best practices
- Caring for the child during illness, including administering medication and accompanying to medical appointments with parental consent
- Preparing for and travelling with the family as required
- Managing all baby-related equipment and ensuring proper maintenance
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the accommodation provided
Candidate Profile:- Extensive experience as a professional Nanny in private or VIP households
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent attitude, behaviour, and discretion
- Fully qualified with recognised childcare certifications
- Confident managing staff and coordinating care
- Willing and able to travel with the family
Start Date: May 2026Salary: £1-1,5k per week (depending on experience)Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
