ROTA Nanny in Monaco

On behalf of our private client, we are seeking an experienced, calm, and easy-going ROTA Nanny to support a UHNW family based in Monaco, with regular international travel. The family welcomed a baby in November 2025, and the role is due to start in March. This is a long-term position, as the family plans to grow and hopes to welcome another child in the future.

The ideal candidate will be a true team player with previous ROTA nanny experience, particularly with babies, and a strong understanding of working within UHNW households. A fluent level of English is required. The family values someone positive, flexible, and relaxed in nature, who can adapt easily to changing schedules and travel plans.

The family divides their time between Monaco and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, typically spending around three days in each location. During winter months, the family spends extended periods in South Africa. Driving licence is a must. 

Working hours/schedule:

ROTA: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

24-hour cover during duty weeks (with some flexibility)

Duties include:

• Full care of a newborn/baby, including feeding, settling, and sleep routines
• Supporting developmental milestones and age-appropriate stimulation
• Maintaining consistent routines in line with parents’ guidance
• Working collaboratively with parents and household staff
• Travelling with the family and providing continuity of care
• Ensuring the baby’s areas are clean, organised, and well maintained
• Supporting the family during periods of transition and travel 

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a ROTA Nanny
• Strong newborn and baby experience
• Previous experience working within UHNW households
• EU passport required
• Native or fluent English (essential)
• Driver mandatory

Package:

Salary: €65k+ gross per year (depending on experience)

Start date: March 2026

Accommodation:

• In Monaco, the nanny will stay in the baby’s room during duty (about 3 days per week)
• When travelling or staying in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat (3 days per week) and Cape Town, the nanny will have a private ensuite bedroom
