On behalf of our NNW client, we are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant.
To support the smooth day-to-day operation of a boutique property company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role will act as a central point of communication and coordination, ensuring that administrative processes run efficiently & seamlessly across the business.
You will be confident managing multiple priorities, communicating effectively in both Greek and English, and supporting a range of administrative, digital, and organisational tasks.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Greek and English
Working hours/schedule:
Office based Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily workflow, prioritizing tasks and handling unexpected issues.
- Organizing and managing calendars, scheduling meetings and setting reminders.
- Maintaining and updating the company website, including content posting and basic editing.
- Handling communications: Responding to emails, phone calls and messages in both Greek and English.
- Monitoring reservations and promptly replying to client or partner requests.
- Preparing documents, reports and presentations.
- Managing files and databases for efficient organization.
- Coordinating logistics for events or travel (bookings, supplies).
- Tracking budgets and performing basic financial entries.
- Supporting social media and digital marketing activities when required.
Candidate Profile:
Salary: €1,2- 2k net per month based on experience
Start Date: asap
