On behalf of our HNW property client, we are seeking a hands-on, technically skilled candidate to manage and maintain properties & ensure they are in excellent condition for tenants & guests.To support the smooth day-to-day operation of a boutique property company in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentThis is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, inspection and operational readiness of residential properties.The position requires strong technical awareness, problem-solving skills and a service-driven mindset when supporting tenants and guests.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Greek and English required.Working hours/schedule:Office based Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6pm with travel to properties in AthensKey Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper operation of appliances and property systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Diagnose and fix minor technical issues; arrange specialist technicians when required.
- Assist and support tenants/guests during their stay.
- Perform regular property inspections (move-in/move-out, routine checks) and document issues.
- Coordinate and supervise larger repairs, renovations, cleaning, landscaping, and pest control.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules for all systems and equipment.
- Handle move-in/move-out procedures, key handover, utility setup, and final walkthroughs.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies (24/7 availability may be required).
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, vendors, warranties, and property documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and local regulations (fire safety, detectors, etc.).
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
- Prepare reports on property condition and maintenance costs.
Candidate Profile:- Previous experience in property management or similar role.
- Solid technical knowledge (electrical, plumbing, general maintenance).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
