Our private client is seeking a full-time, live-out Housekeeper for their residence in Pfäffikon, Schwyz. This role requires a warm, nurturing individual who is also professional, discreet, and highly detail oriented. The ideal candidate will maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene and must be flexible to adapt to changing schedules due to business meetings or travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily housekeeping, deep cleaning, and maintaining high hygiene standards
- Laundry, ironing, and full wardrobe management
- Packing/unpacking for travel; maintaining order and readiness
- Light daily cooking and simple evening service
- Flexibly adjusting hours, particularly during the principal’s business trips
- Occasional travel with the principal as required
- Running errands, overseeing stock, and supporting smooth household operations
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced (minimum 5 years) in private households
- Proactive, good common sense/emotional intelligence and excellent attention to detail
- Professional, discreet, and hygiene-focused
- Warm and personable while maintaining strong professional boundaries
- Willing to travel; flexible and adaptable
- English-speaking
Working days & hours:
- 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (flexibility on working times is a must)
Alternating weeks:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday
- Week 2: Tuesday to Saturday
Start Date: ASAP (1 year contract)
Location: Pfäffikon, Schwyz
Salary: 60,000 CHF – 80,000 CHF gross per annum
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
