On behalf of our private client, we are seeking an experienced and highly discreet candidate to work in Monaco with occasional visits and work in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.
Working closely alongside the existing PA, the successful candidate will support Madame with daily personal and professional organisation, administrative tasks and household oversight.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, detail-oriented and professional, with proven experience in executive or personal assistance and the ability to manage a varied workload with discretion and calm efficiency.
Please note that there is a dog at the property.
Working hours / schedule:
- Any 3 days per week, 10:00am – 6:00pm, 91 hours per month
- Contract length: 3-month (renewable)
Duties include:
- Handling and processing mail and emails
- Filing and archiving of physical and digital documents
- Drafting basic correspondence and administrative notes
- Tracking and processing invoices (receipt, filing, recording)
- Monitoring payments and issuing reminders if necessary
- Preparing documents for the accountant or external service providers
- Arrange complex international travel, private aviation and hotels
- Assisting in the daily organisation of Madame's personal and professional schedule
- Supervise household staff, maintenance vendors and facility contracts
- Working closely with the existing Personal Assistant
Skill/background required:
- Proven experience in administrative or executive assistance
- Ability to independently manage professional relationships and correspondence with representatives of offshore companies and their respective corporate service providers.
- Sound knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping, with the ability to handle and understand basic accounting matters
- Discretion, strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to adapt to a combined family and professional environment
- This is a trilingual role requiring fluent Italian, strong French and strong English language skills
Salary: €2,5k net per month

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
