Rota Live-In Housekeeper in Oberageri

On behalf of our private client, we are seeking a warm, personable and experienced Rota Live-In Housekeeper for a private family in Switzerland. The role covers two properties: a large villa  (3 levels, with pool, jacuzzi, sauna and garden) and a 5.5-room apartment, approximately 5km distance from each over. The principal moves between both properties and the housekeeper will be primarily based at the villa but should be happy to assist at the apartment when needed. Two weekly cleaners handle cleaning and laundry at the apartment. The family have three children, although they are unlikely to be on site while the housekeeper is on her week off, as this is a single-dad household and he has the children on alternate weeks.

Rota / working hours:

• 1 week on / 1 week off
• 15–25 hours per week

Duties include:

• General housekeeping throughout the villa and occasional support at the apartment
• Light cooking for one principal
• Pet care: a cat, lizard and spider, based at the apartment
• Carrying out any additional duties as reasonably requested

The successful candidate will:

• Be a confident and safe driver 
• Speak fluent English

Salary: CHF 35 per hour

Accomodation: Ensuite room in the villa

To start: ASAP

Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
