On behalf of our private client, we are seeking a warm, experienced Live-out Nanny for a family in Geneva with a baby of 5.5 months. The ideal candidate will be confident caring for a young baby, attentive to their developmental needs, and happy to provide consistent, nurturing care. French, English and/or Russian language skills are highly desirable for this role, as is a driving licence.
Working days: Monday to Friday (Occasional weekend support may be required)
Hours: 9:00AM – 7:00PM
Duties include:
- Providing attentive, nurturing sole-charge care for a baby
- Managing all aspects of the baby's daily routine, including feeding, bathing and nap schedules
- Engaging the baby in age-appropriate developmental activities
- Keeping the nursery clean, tidy and well organised
- Managing the baby's laundry and clothing
- Accompanying the family on outings and travel as required
- Maintaining regular communication with the parents on the baby's progress and wellbeing
- Carrying out any additional nursery-related duties as reasonably requested
The successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience caring for young babies
- Speak French, English and/or Russian (highly desirable)
- Hold a driving licence (highly desirable)
- Be warm, reliable and professional
Salary: 90-100k CHF gross per year
To start: September 2026
Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
