Live-in Nanny in Istanbul

On behalf of our private client, a lovely, welcoming family based in Istanbul are seeking a caring, experienced live-in nanny to join them ahead of the arrival of their baby due in July.

This is a lovely opportunity for warm, organised nanny seeking a long-term position. The mum will be around full-time until December before returning to work. They have a friendly dog, which they will require the nanny to be comfortable with occasionally walking

The ideal nanny will be flexible, proactive and strong baby/newborn experience and be confident supporting their journey on finding their first baby’s routine, development and wellbeing. The role involves all childcare duties with no housekeeping required as a cleaner is employed. No driving is required, with occasional travel when needed.

Days of work: Monday – Friday (5 days a week) with flexibility to assist on a Saturday if needed.

Hours: 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday – Flexibility is required

Responsibilities and duties:

• Providing full care of the baby, supporting routines, development and wellbeing
• Managing Nursery and all childcare related duties
• Assisting with nap and feeding schedules
• Helping on weekends on occasions when needed

Accommodation: The nanny will have their own bedroom within the family home with a separate bathroom for the use of the nanny only.

Salary:  4,000 Euros net per month

Start Date: Before September 2026

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
