On behalf of our private client, we are seeking an experienced, warm, and professional Live-in Nanny to care for their 6-month-old twins Lucerne, Switzerland.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing and proactive nanny looking for a long-term role with an international family. The position offers the chance to travel extensively with the family to the UAE during the winter months, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic lifestyle and is confident adapting to different environments.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience caring for twins or multiple young children of a similar age, be highly organised, calm, and confident supporting early developmental milestones. A childcare qualification is essential, and a second language would be considered a strong advantage.

Working schedule:
5 days per week with 2 days off (flexibility required)

Responsibilities and duties include:
- Sole-charge and shared care of the twins, ensuring a loving, safe, and stimulating environment
- Supporting feeding routines, naps, weaning, and developmental milestones
- Planning engaging and age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and development
- Preparing healthy and nutritious meals for the children
- Maintaining the children’s areas, including nursery organisation and children’s laundry
- Travelling internationally with the family to the UAE for extended periods during the winter season (typically October–December and January/February)
- Working closely with the parents to maintain consistency in routines and care
Candidate requirements:
- Previous twin experience is essential
- Childcare qualification required
- Native-level English essential
- Flexible, discreet, and travel-ready
- Right to work in Switzerland
Accommodation:
The place of employment will be their private residence in Lucerne, set in a stunning location overlooking the lake, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.
The nanny will be provided with a private bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Salary: 85-90k CHF gross per year
Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
