French-speaking nanny in Paris

On behalf of our private client, we are seeking a warm, experienced, and dedicated French-Speaking Nanny to care for a 4-month-old baby. This is a long-term position with a loving family who are looking for someone to become a trusted and consistent presence in their son's early life.

The family travel regularly to Paris for up to 10 days per month, and the nanny will be expected to accompany the mother and baby on these trips. Flexibility and a relaxed approach to travel are therefore essential. The family place a high importance on communication, and are looking for someone who shares that same attention to care and cleanliness.

Working hours / schedule:

·       3 days per week, on a 24-hour cover basis from Wednesday Morning to Saturday morning + Sunday night to Monday Morning (7pm to 7am)

·       Days off: Monday and Tuesday

·       Regular travel to London up to 10 days per month

Duties include all aspects of care for babies 4 months and older

·       Feeding, winding, bathing, and all aspects of newborn and infant care

·       Establishing and maintaining age-appropriate for sleep, feeding, and play

·       Supporting healthy development through non stimulation/stimulation

·       Nurturing communication

·       Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene at all times — including sterilising, laundering baby items, and keeping the nursery clean and tidy

·       Maintaining and establishing age-appropriate sleep, feeding and play

·       Carrying out any additional childcare duties as reasonably requested by the family

·       Travelling with the mother and baby to London

Start date: As soon as possible, flexible

Salary: €50,000 and €80,000 gross per year

Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
