Live-out Domestic Couple in Geneva

On behalf of our private client, we are seeking a Domestic Couple for a newly built 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence in Geneva.

The successful couple will be seeking a long-term position within a private household, supporting a family with two young children (aged 2 and 4). The family is supported by dedicated childcare staff responsible for the children’s daily care; however, you will be required to assist with school pick-ups (approximately a 20–30-minute drive from the main residence) and provide occasional support as needed.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Flexibility is required on occasion, including weekends when necessary. Time off in lieu will be provided.

Main Duties:

• Full housekeeping responsibilities, including cleaning, laundry, and ironing to a high standard
• Assisting with food preparation (no cooking required, as the principal oversees all cooking)
• Driving duties for the family, including school runs and transporting the principal’s mother (who resides nearby)
• Snow clearing during the winter months
• General gardening duties, including seasonal leaf clearance (a gardener attends once per week)
• General handyman and maintenance tasks, both inside and outside the property
• Grocery shopping and running household errands

Salary: Starting from CHF 25 per hour (per person) depending on skills and experience

Start Date: September 2026

Additional Information:

The client is also open to considering a single candidate (Houseman/Chauffeur) instead of a couple.

Kindly note that only candidates with an EU passport or an existing right to work in Switzerland will be considered for this position.
