Our professional HNW gentleman client is currently seeking an experienced Valet/Butler to join his residence in central Paris on a long-term basis.
Working closely with the Principal, you will be well presented, have a good eye for details, be honest, discrete, well behaved, courteous, enthusiastic and have a can-do, flexible attitude.
You will work alongside a Houseman, Chef and several Housekeepers and be a good team player, always having the Principals’ wellbeing & comfort as a top priority.
A comprehensive knowledge of male fine clothing and wardrobe management is a must. Good English is required. You do not need to speak French.
The role is based in central Paris with travel as required to mainly Europe and the US on an ad hoc basis for up to approximately 10 days at a time.
Duties include but are not limited to :

Coordinates the organization of the house, orchestrates daily needs including the organization of events and receptions;

Cleaning and maintenance of residence with a good knowledge of fragile and precious materials;

Verification of the commissary stock and household linen;

Management of personal errands/orders;

Tracking of returns, deliveries, envelopes and letters;

Reception of guests, cloakroom and service;

French-style service requiring a perfect knowledge,

Check the schedules of housekeepers with the personal assistant;

Coordinates the intervention of different providers/suppliers and external services

Accompany the employer during his trips abroad

Management of luggage and personal effects, supervision of personal laundry maintenance and preparation of places of residence based on the Principal's habits;

Salary : 70-80 K€ gross per year.
Days & Hours : Full time when working usually 10 days on and 10 days off but flexibility required around travelling days
