Live-out Nanny in Athens

On behalf of our private client, we are seeking a warm, experienced, and hands-on Live-out Nanny to support a busy and loving family based in South Athens. The family has four children: 11,5, 9, and 1.5 years old. The mother is very involved and hands-on, and is looking for a nanny who can work alongside her to support the children’s daily routines, play, and education.

The primary focus of the role is afternoon support, including school pick-ups, engaging the children in meaningful activities, and helping maintain structure and routine. The family would ideally like to find someone who is also happy to travel with them.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone energetic, flexible, and genuinely passionate about working with children of mixed ages.

Working hours/schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Hours are flexible, however afternoons are mandatory

Duties include:

• School pick-ups and afternoon routines
• Engaging children in play, educational activities, and creative learning
• Supporting homework and age-appropriate development
• Caring for the toddler alongside the mother
• Encouraging good manners, independence, and positive behaviour
• Tidying children’s areas and organising play spaces
• Supporting family routines in a calm and professional manner
• Travelling with the family when required

Salary: €20 to 25 per hour
