Live-in Domestic Couple in Switzerland & Greece

Our private clients are seeking an experienced live-in domestic couple for a full-time, year-round position working across two beautiful private residences: a luxury chalet in Verbier, Switzerland during the winter months and a seaside villa in Porto Heli, Greece during the summer.

This is a long-term role suited to a proactive, reliable couple who enjoy both mountain and coastal lifestyles and are confident managing a household independently to a high standard.

Working days and hours: Monday to Saturday cover between couple (approx 35 - 40 hours per person per week across 5 days, 2 days off per week, only Sunday off together)

Core working hours: 9am – 1:30pm and 5:30pm – 7:30pm (break in the day.)

Flexibility to change working hours around the principals schedule/ when guests are visiting is essential, a flexible and can-do attitude to provide an excellent service and seamless running of the residence is key to the success of this role. However, the clients are happy to accommodate time off during the day to allow the couple to enjoy skiing, swimming, or leisure activities when appropriate and are open the couple organising their time between themselves in the most effective/ efficient way.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Household Management & Housekeeping

• Full cleaning and upkeep of the chalet and villa to a high standard
• Daily housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
• Household organisation and smooth day-to-day running of the properties

Cooking & Meal Preparation

• Daily preparation of lunch and dinner (healthy, fresh, light and nutritious Mediterranean-style meals e.g. tuna niçoise, grilled fish with vegetables, salads)

Gardening, Outdoor & Property Care

• Gardening and outdoor maintenance
• Pool care and basic maintenance
• Overseeing the general condition of both properties

Additional Responsibilities

• Grocery shopping, errands, and driving support
• Guest assistance when required
• Supporting the principals during stays and when entertaining

The ideal candidate profile:

• 5+ years’ previous experience working together as a domestic couple
• Flexible with no pets or dependants/ fixed commitments
• Willingness to be trained and adapt to the principals’ preferred way of doing things
• EU passport holder (essential)
• Driving licence (both candidates)
• Good spoken English for daily communication
• Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Proactive, positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethic
• Seeking a long-term role

Start date: ASAP

Accommodation & Travel:

• Verbier: Separate one-bedroom apartment with a view, located under a 5-minute drive from the main chalet
• Greece: Accommodation provided within the villa
• The employer fully covers all travel between locations

Salary: 100,000 gross CHF per annum

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
