On behalf of our private client, we are seeking a hands-on, passionate, and engaging Nanny/Governess to support a family based in Abu Dhabi with their two young children aged 4.5 and 5.5 years old. The family is looking for a native English speaker, ideally with an early years education background, who can provide structured, educational, and nurturing care while supporting the children’s daily routines and development. The family values a proactive nanny who enjoys planning creative and educational activities and who can adapt to the children’s needs with warmth and enthusiasm. Driving is a bonus, but not essential
Working hours/schedule: 5 or 6 days per week
- Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Flexibility required during school holidays or if the children are unwell
- Occasional Sunday work may be required
Duties include:
- School pick-ups
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate educational and developmental activities
- Supporting early learning through play, reading, and creative projects
- Preparing meals and snacks for the children
- Ensuring daily routines are followed consistently
- Encouraging good manners, independence, and positive behaviour
- Supporting the family in a professional and flexible manner
- Travelling with the family on occasion (optional)
Accommodation: Live-in or live-out (private ensuite room in the property provided for live-in)
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £900 npw - 1200 npw (depending on experience)
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
