Live-out Houskeeper in Wädenswil

Behalf of our private clients we are looking for an experienced and reliable Houskeeper to support the daily operations of a luxury private residence in Wädenswil., Switzerland.

This permanent, full-time, live-out role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong stamina, a calm attitude, and experience working in high-end households.

Schedule: 43 hours/week, 5 days with 2 flexible days off (mostly Mon–Fri). Weekend availability is an advantage.

Overtime: Compensated with rest time or as agreed

Key Responsibilities

• Full-spectrum cleaning and upkeep of a luxury home
• Professional laundry care, including delicate fabrics
• Expert ironing and garment maintenance
• VIP wardrobe organization
• Operation of Laurastar steam systems and other premium equipment
• Care of marble, wood, glass, and other fine surfaces
• Safe use of modern appliances and specialized cleaning products
• Basic care and interaction with two dogs- German Shepherds
• Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies
• Collaboration with other household staff

Requirements

• Valid Swiss work permit or EU right to work
• Comfortable with dogs; no pet allergies
• Minimum 3 years in high-end residential cleaning
• Knowledge of luxury fabrics and advanced cleaning techniques
• Driving license preferred

Employment Terms

• 3-month probation
• 5 weeks’ vacation
• Swiss employment contract (details upon agreement)

Start: ASAP

Salary: Negotiable approx. CHF 70,000 gross annual
