We are looking for a Russian-speaking Manager to work for our private clients based in Vevey, Switzerland.
You will be organizing and overseeing service operations in residences in Switzerland and France according to high-quality standards.
The position is permanent, live-out, full-time, 48-hour week, rotating days off.
The client will provide an accommodation for the first 3-month probationary period
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage cleaning and catering services: set tasks, monitor execution, ensure quality.
- Prioritize and coordinate general cleanings, property setup, conservation, and preparation for family arrivals.
- Develop preventive and corrective measures to improve service.
- Create and update service standards (checklists, manuals, regulations, business processes).
- Supervise cleaning quality, supplies, and compliance with service protocols.
- Control catering standards: hygiene, safety, food quality, presentation, and service.
- Handle feedback, resolve issues, and prevent recurrence.
- Optimize processes and monitor costs.
- Organize and approve purchases; manage inventory and warehouse storage.
- Oversee VIP wardrobe care: seasonal changes, storage, cleaning, procurement.
- Prepare clothing and luggage for travel.
- Manage laundry services.
- Ensure comfort in outdoor areas: furnishing gardens, pools, and leisure spaces.
- Organize family events, receptions, and meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks (documents, payments, contracts).
- Manage service budgets and reporting.
- Plan staff schedules, enforce discipline, train personnel.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate staff.
Requirements:
- Higher education preferred.
- Traveling between Switzerland and France Offices
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in private households or hospitality.
- Professional communication, fluent Russian, French B1+, EU/EFTA citizenship or residence permit with work rights.
- PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat).
Personal qualities: Responsibility, proactivity, attention to detail, fast decision-making, organizational skills, initiative, refined taste, and knowledge of VIP service trends.

Salary: from CHF 7,500 gross per month.
