On behalf of our high-profile client, we are looking for an organized and proactive French and English-speaking PA for their properties between Dubai and Paris who can also travel to various locations.
This is a family of four with properties in Dubai and Paris, living a dynamic lifestyle. The role involves supporting daily activities, overseeing high-end projects, and managing frequent travel for business and leisure.
The ideal PA will be efficient, resourceful, and detail-oriented, calm under pressure, adaptable, and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a service-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel & Event Coordination: Manage family travel, including flights, accommodations, and events, such as holidays, F1 races, and concerts.
- Property & Staff Management: Oversee properties in Dubai and Paris, manage renovations, and liaise with staff.
- Family Support: Assist with scheduling, appointments, school tasks, and personal errands.
- Fitness & Wellness: Coordinate with trainers and chefs to maintain the family's health needs.
- Communication: Act as liaison between family members and staff, ensuring smooth operations.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, travel documentation, expenses, and personal correspondence.
- Human Resources Management: Oversee recruitment, staff performance, contracts, and benefits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant in a high-net-worth environment
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Discretion and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to changing needs.
- Fluent in English (French preferred)
Package:
- Salary: between £65K and £75K
- Travel opportunities between Dubai and Paris.
- Private Accommodations allowance and health insurance
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
