On behalf of our HNW professional clients, we are looking for a unique, resilient and genuinely motivated self-starter for an equally unique and challenging opportunity.
Working for a prominent female philanthropist, author, literacy advocate and patron of the arts, this is a position with room for innovation, creativity and collaboration.
Artistic, creative and literary inclinations will be valued, but not required.
Role covers supporting the Principal both professionally and personally in her busy, multi-faceted, cosmopolitan, fast-paced and interesting sphere.
Our client describes herself as generous and kind, with high standards. She requires an executive and personal right-hand that is dedicated and robust in supporting her life in numerous important personal and professional domains.
Duties include:
- Write, research, organize, schedule, anticipate, coordinate, smooth, calm and facilitate anything which needs it in the Principal’s life
- Meticulous sorting of multiple diverse details and specifics; keeping all things firmly organized, scheduled and on track
- Aiding in determining what is and is not currently doable
- Being Principal’s vigilant eyes and ears when commitments, obligations and energies require her focus elsewhere
- Occasional travel with Principal for support during business trips
- Preparation for, organization of and follow-up of all travel
- Liaison with a part-time PA in New York
Requirements:
- Computer and software savvy, including routine handling of all modern media as well as common MS Office programs
- Able to stand your ground and hold focus when many diverse goals and aspirations require it
- Kind, loyal, resilient, discrete, graceful and on-point under pressure
- Fluency in written and spoken English required
- Driver’s license required. Vehicles for business use provided
- European passport
Working Days & Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM/6:00PM; some weekend work and out of hours support expected – flexibility required depending on current projects, tasks & travel
Accommodation: If required, the client can provide comfortable accommodation
Salary: CHF 130,000—150,000 gross per annum (DOE).
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
