- Description
On behalf of our HNW professional clients, we are looking for an experienced PA/EA to support the young couple with their fast paced, professional lifestyle.
They require a highly qualified candidate who is flexible, detail oriented, seeking a long-term role and is happy with a varied role (personal and executive tasks).
The role is based in Zurich, and you must be willing to travel with them approximately 3 months of the year to Stockholm and Sion. This is negotiable if you can only travel for several weeks at a time only and accommodation will be provided away from Zurich.
PA duties include:
- Home/property – organising the home, tidying up, packing/unpacking, collecting dry cleaning (the couple have a housekeeper)
- Online Orders – shopping and payments, packages, returns, shipments & post office visits
- Food - help with grocery shopping, booking restaurants, food deliveries, simple food prep, organising fridge
- Shopping – fresh flowers, clothing, and interiors
- Driving - drive the couple between appointments and for longer trips to Zermatt etc
- Book appointments - doctor, massages, dentists, health providers
- Travel accommodations – flights, hotels & excursions
EA tasks include:
- Pay invoices and bills
- Paperwork & admin
- Scheduling/booking meetings
- Researching tasks including finding different service providers, banking solutions, health, and longevity tools
- Simple accounting tasks
Requirements:
- Must already be in Zurich or willing to relocate (accommodation not provided)
- Experienced in similar role or extremely fast learner
- Good eye for quality and understand aesthetics
- Understanding of technology, social media, emailing, google sheets
- Able to easily run errands
- Loyal, trustworthy, diligent, and discrete
- Professional and structured approach
- Can plan and organise
- Happy to ‘muck in’ where required
- Creative, proactive, and self-motivated
- Driving License
- Up to date valid passport
- Excellent English language skills
- Conversational German or Swedish language skills are a bonus
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday; 9 – 5/6pm; some weekend work and out of hours support expected – flexibility required depending on current projects, tasks & travel
Salary: € 85-120k yearly DOE
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
