- Description
- We are looking for a permanent Russian speaking Head Butler/Catering Manager for our private clients in Vevey.
The ideal Head Butler will have previous experience in a similar role, hands on, organised, have a passion & understanding of high standards, able to manage others and work in a team, have an eye for detail, discreet and professional.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure facilities are maintained in accordance with appropriate maintenance standards
- Organising and overseeing the service team such as Maids, Waiter, Nannies & ensure standards are being met
- Quality control of routines and general cleaning
- Keeping a list of purchase made such as products/materials
- Tracking & reporting any maintenance requirement for the property in a timely manner
- Oversee & organise work schedules/shifts for rotational service team
- Work with the wardrobe (control of completeness, seasonal change of wardrobe, cleaning, organization of purchases and fittings)
- Oversee the movement of the client’s personal belongings during trips: creating a list of transported items and transferring it to the receiving party.
- Packing luggage for travel
- Oversee & control orders, quality, and packaging of grocery purchases for the principals
- Staff training - regular and special training
Days & Hours of work: 5.5 working days / 1.5 days off, 48 hours per week, must be happy with a flexible weekend schedule
Salary CHF 8000+ gross per month/CHF 96,000K + gross
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
