- One of our private clients is looking for a full-time permanent live-in housekeeper to join their fully staffed household in Gstaad.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, flexible, discreet, hardworking, easy going and adaptable to work in a semi-formal household.
The family lives 3 to 6 months per year in New York, so it is essential that the candidate has experience working on their own for long periods of time.
This lovely household is composed of 2 adults, 4 children (the mum is due in June for a 5th child) aged between 1.5 y/o and 8 y/o and members of staff including a full-time nanny.
The duties include but are not limited to:
- Mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, polishing silver
- Caring for the children, organising activities, helping with preparing suitcases, preparing bags for school
- Occasional cooking, running errands…
Working days and hours:
5 days per week, from 7 am to 7 pm or 8 am to 8 pm – please note the hours are flexible, you might be required to work more when the family is here and less when the family is not.
Accommodation: own room and bathroom
Salary: depending on experience and qualification
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
