Description: On behalf of our private client we are currently looking for a Live-in Indian cuisine specialist Chef to work for a Family of 4 in a fully staffed Household in Hampshire.

Skills
Experience working in private households and for UHNW individuals
Good knowledge of Indian cuisine (northern and southern)
Experience at producing good quality menus of all types of Western food
Ability to work collaboratively and harmoniously as part of a team

Duties
Meal planning to cover breakfasts, lunches and dinners
Sourcing ingredients and weekly food shopping for the family
Prepping, cooking and serving all meals
Total responsibility for the kitchen (keeping it clean, including ovens, stocking of ingredients etc.)

Requirements
5 days per week – 50 hours
Occasional travel with the Family to London or abroad might be expected
Must be able to drive
Good spoken English important

Living Accommodation
Lovely flat separate to main house, one bedroom and bathroom, open plan kitchen/sitting room.
28 days paid holiday days (including bank holidays)

The position is to ideally start ASAP.
Salaryis up to £50k per year – Negotiable depending on experience.

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
