- Chief of Staff in London We are looking for a Chief of staff for out private client in London The position is permanent, live-out, full-time Monday to Friday, but working schedule will be determined by what is required. Candidates should be prepared to be on call 24/7 Location: North and Central London Key responsibilities Please note the below is not exhaustive •Personal & Household staff: assistance with recruitment, management; including contracts and annual reviews, as well as day to day communication to ensure smooth running of the house. •Lifestyle Assets: maintenance/ management of various lifestyle assets, liaising with associated staff. •Family Liaison: working with the family on projects; from day to day issues to significant research and new ventures •Project Management: looking after ad hoc projects; liaison with all teams/ vendors involved, keeping to budget and delivering in a timely and efficient manner. •Revenue Creation: managing and creating opportunities through rentals of key lifestyle assets. •Filing and Organisation: ensuring excellent recording of all relevant materials, projects, correspondence etc. improving systems where possible/ required Requirements •Experience or applicable experience in a similar role/s - if lacking in experience in one aspect, they must be smart and keen to learn •An excellent communicator with high EQ •Extremely organized, responsive and able to prioritize tasks efficiently in time pressured environments. •Experience of working with UHNWIs and their advisers, as well as demonstrable evidence of developing strong interpersonal relationships at all levels. •A strong sense of values – including integrity, discretion, diplomacy, sensitivity and tolerance. •A “can-do” attitude, excellent problem-solving, with negotiation and creative skills A positive, calm, motivated and low ego individual with a measured and professional approach, who can quickly adapt to an entrepreneurial environment where teamwork, agility and a solution led approach is paramount Salary is approximately £70,000 gross annual Minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay Randolphs is an employment agency and employment business authorised to advertise the role on behalf of our client
