- We are looking for a professional Domestic couple for our private client to work in Luxury property in Wentworth (45 MIN DRIVE FROM LONDON)
The position is permanent, full time, live in
The property will be used during the weekends, sometimes for a whole week. Can accommodate 10-12 guests at a time.
The duties will include general maintenance of the property, daily property cleaning, cooking healthy meals, taking care of the laundry/dry cleaning, managing the wardrobe. Daily provisioning for the family and overseeing the household accounts. Occasional travelling will be required.
Capability to organize and cook dinners/lunches for family and guests, entertainment, and parties up to 25 people.
Time off to be taken in turns, holidays to be taken in turns with other house staff.
Probationary period is 6 months with one-week notice during this time. After the probationary period notice to be given is one month.
The Employee will work a maximum of thirteen hours per day.
Requirements for the applicants:
Nationality – EU nationals who can easily travel with no restrictions within Europe and US
Proven longevity in previous roles
Tech savvy & computer literate
Ability to handle household accounts, provisioning
First Aid certificate
House care skills, good knowledge of fine fabrics
Wardrobe management abilities
Cooking skills – healthy meals following the family requirements
Service and table presentation skills
Clean driving license
CRB check (not older than 6 months)
Fluent English
Package on offer:
Accommodation – at the property. En-suite bedroom with their independent kitchen, dining table and sofa, lounge with television.
Holiday allowance – The Employee shall be entitled to 28 days' paid holiday in each holiday year which shall include the usual bank and public holidays in England and Wales or a day in lieu where the Employee is required to work on a bank or public holiday.
Weekly days off – 1,5 days.
Salary – 28-30k gross per person
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
