On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Travelling Head of Private Life Manager/Senior Personal Service Manager.
A high net worth family wishes to recruit an experienced and very skilled leader to manage and service their day to day, travelling internationally with them and their entourage.
Main Focus:
Be the hands-on central point of communications with regards to daily routine, activities, F&B service.
Carrying out and leading the delivery of impeccable service throughout the residences and vessels.
Assume the role of Senior Figure and central point of communication and coordination for the Principals on operations and activity.
Profile:
Previous experience being in direct contact and hosting with Top VIP’s, HNWI
3-5 years’ Experience as
Reception Manager with F&B background or Restaurant Manager/Head Waiter
in Michelin star restaurant, or world Class five start Hotel is a must
Any additional personal service experience with an HNW family will be an asset.
Hands on experience dealing with all service-related requirements
Team Management experience is a must
Excellent communicator and team player, able to juggle different forms of communication.
Strong ownership of tasks and projects delivered to the highest standard
Fluent in English and another language such as German Italian or French
Must be EU National due to travel required
Must have a Hospitality degree.
Able to work alone without supervision and plan ahead
Willing to offer his experience of personal service for UHNWI principal with family, children (2) aboard vessels and in different properties, organizing their life, frequent movements and personal travel.
Requirements:
Able to organize the day for the principals coordinating with external and internal departments
Working daily to serve and assist the family carrying out all butlering tasks and services as part of the team
Willing and able to interact and coordinate with service suppliers and consultants
Able to co-ordinate different tasks, manage a team, liaise with other departments such as Yacht Flight crew, property managers, personal assistants, chefs and others.
High end table service experience as well as organizing and running large dinners and events
Administration and co-ordination experience and facility in keeping expenditures and planning agendas
Able to Travel with the family for longer periods of time between yachts and worldwide Estates as per Principal’s requirements.
Capacities
A keen eye for details and a good capacity to adapt to any request or situation.
Resilient to stress and able to handle requests in a professional and efficient manner.
Able to take on the role of Airline Steward on the private jet, will trained for all requirements

Tasks and areas of responsibility
Chef interactionand information relay on current and planned activities and movements
Keeping and coordinating of daily schedule, daily movements and events
Work as part of a close service team, answering the Principals needs and ensuring impeccable execution, serving meals, packing, housekeeping tasks and other areas as required.
Meal Service for the family, children and guests
Service of cocktails, hosting functions, and service with style and class.
Restaurant bookings & particularities, research and communicate dress code, late last order policy, cancellation policy, etc.
Lead and manage the close service team, made up of housekeepers, butlers, valets and chefs.
Owner’s and guest Meet & Greet to exchange information and obtain, execute requests.
Inventory responsibility of personal effects and items as well as issuanceof these as well as medical and nutrition supplements, stock management.
Manager, Co-ordinate and interactwith an array of internal staff (personal assistants, chefs, housekeepers, butlers, valets, drivers) and external service suppliers (teachers, coaches, beauticians) communicating with them daily and managing their presence/leave based on the needs of the principals.
Maintain a Service supplier data base,obtaining rates, pre-agreed prices, preference information, service quality for valued regular service suppliers to ensure all changes and agreements are up to date.
Purchasing & Ordering upon owner’s request, organising purchases and order and deliveries of small to high value items, ensuring they are accounted for an and delivered promptly and stored correctly.
Guest receipts – Ensure private orders and costs are accounted for and categorised obtaining approval when required.

- Remuneration will be equivalent to experience and professional level

The salary is up to 60K EUR Net per year.
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
