- Full-time Estate Manager
Our private client is searching for an Estate Manager for a new-build complex in Qatar.
You will be responsible for the smooth running and maintenance of the estate.
You will familiarise yourself with the facilities on-site and plan the staffing accordingly. This requires a start to finish process in hiring and managing of the staff on an ongoing basis.
You will also be managing aspects of the contractors on-site as the estate goes through building phases. You will have a background in estates and/or private homes. Experience internationally is an advantage. When the principal is in residence you must be willing to be available for extra hours as needed.
You will be expected to:
- Be a team player, able to work collaboratively with other staff and departments
- Methodical and organised
- Have vision for efficiency and developing systems
- Have had experience in with HNWI
- Have a good knowledge of etiquette
- Supervise all aspects of the provision of in-house service
- Be flexible in your approach
- Have a knowledge and respect for confidentiality and discretion

Starting ASAP.
Salary: £8000 a month, TBC.
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
