We currently recruiting for a professional Chef to work for our private client based in Reading
The position is permanent, full time and live-in on 5 days rotation
Working pattern required is 6.30am start through to close of house (there would be an opportunity for a break during the day)
The family follow a dairy and gluten free diet
The ideal candidate will cater for all requirements including morning breakfast, lunch and dinner
You will be responsible for all provisioning, most will deliver to site such as:
Butcher, fish monger, fruit and vegetables, larder items.
Also ideally located for emergency provisioning or requirements from London
Family will entertain from time to time (from BBQ to fine dining)
Role may require travel with the family in the UK and / or overseas during vacation periods
On site accommodation provided during shift only are an ensuite double room)
Annual salary is £70K+ negotiable
Ideally you will have five years experience in top restaurants, ideally Michelin starred and private households
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
