A small private family office in Mayfair requires an experienced PA to assist the MD and Accountant.
Duties include (but not limited to)
Legal / Financial
Working with legal and financial documents
Including reviewing and understanding them
Understanding the financial impacts of these document
The work is related to properties and financial transactions
Both corporate and commercial.
Should know how to prepare investment
memorandums within Excel based on information collected
Reconciliation of accounts, assisting accountant with month end
Administrative
Maintaining updated and well-organised transaction
Also the corporate files and records,
Answering the phone, meeting and greeting guests.
Serving refreshments during meetings as required
Ensuring the office is always immaculate
General administration, booking travel.
Arranging visas, arranging couriers
Diary management and arranging meetings
Maintaining extensive contacts database.
Maintaining manual and shared computer filing systems correctly
All tasks are deemed important and must be handled quickly and efficiently.
Must be extremely organised
Constantly maintain own task list for discussion
Review and amendment by the Manager
Constant communication of tasks and updates to the MD are also required
All to ensure, as a team, seamless support is provided to the family
This position works with people at all levels!
So it is important to be able to build and maintain those relationships.

Multi-task and be ‘on the ball’ is of the utmost importance
It is also important that the candidate have self-motivation
Self-discipline, buckets of common sense and be resourceful.
The position requires a blackberry
Being available evenings and weekends
This is a busy, demanding, challenging
Changing environment and not for the faint-hearted or sensitive
Please also note it is a small office
Candidates should be comfortable working in this type of environment
(number of staff being only three)
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
