We are looking for a professional Facility/Property Manager for our private client in Henley-on Thames with a site manager or project management background to join a busy semi-formal household
The position is Permanent, full-time, live-in or live-out for local candidates
Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Maintaining and repairing the property
• Ensuring that the swimming pool, lighting, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems are operating properly to provide good working and living conditions
• Supervising the design and upkeep of the facilities’ grounds and landscaping
• Updating and maintaining the telecommunications and computer systems
• Adhering to and improving health and safety standards, and
• Planning for and overseeing major renovations and new construction
Person Specification
The Property Manager must possess a background, either through a construction degree level education, a training programme or related experience
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent problem solver, with an eye for detail, an ability to plan and to prioritise workload, to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, and to deliver results under pressure
Well presented with excellent interpersonal skills
A pro-active approach
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A good working knowledge of technology is essential
Computer literate
Ability to maintain confidential and discreet is essential
Other Requirements:
Clean, valid driving licence with no at fault accidents or convictions in last 5 years
Flexible approach to working hours and be able to work evenings and weekends
The salary is negotiable, in the region of £50,000 ++
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
