Domestic couple in West Sussex

We are looking for a Professional Couple for our private clients for their new property in West Sussex

The position is permanent, live-in, full time - 5 days per week (flexible).

The Family don't live in the UK full time and travel a lot and days off will depend on their schedule.
 
Duties: Property management, fleet management,  cooking, light housekeeping, dealing with contractors.
The Manor house is currently being renovated (completed April/May 2020)
Require the couple to get to know the new manor house as the build occurs to be familiar with the technology that will be installed in the house over the coming months and help manage builders etc
The role is quite transitional so requires couple to be open and willing to help support as and where required.

There will be two cleaners/housekeepers for the house

Pet friendly - dog will be bought later in the year
No travel required

The family are warm, kind, like to make sure the staff are very happy but have a high standard of living. They have 2 two children, girl aged 8 and boy aged 10.  

Rental accommodation (cottage) will be main residence until Manor house has been completed

Start date - 3rd week of August
o Interview dates - mid June to mid July

Salary is negotiable, in the region of £70-75K gross per year for a couple 

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
