Live-in/out Nanny near Zurich

On behalf of our private client, we are seeking a nurturing and experienced Nanny to care for a 14-month-old baby in a welcoming household near Zurich.

The family values teamwork and a positive attitude, as they have a full-time Housekeeper, a second Nanny and a Nanny/Housekeeper. Being a team player is a must.

The role includes travel with the family across the US and Europe.

Working Hours: 50 hours per week across 5 days, some weekend coverages 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and loving care for the baby, ensuring a stimulating and nurturing environment.
• Apply Montessori-inspired learning techniques to encourage development.
• Accompany the family on trips within Europe and the US.
• Support the child’s daily routines, including mealtimes, nap schedules, and play-based learning.
• Mixture of sole charge and shared care

Requirements:

• Experienced nanny with a strong background in early childhood development.
• Positive, proactive, and a team player.
• EU passport holder (essential).
• Bonus: Additional language skills in German, French, or Italian.
• Looking for a long-term commitment with the family.

Accommodation (Live-in Option): Private room with a shared bathroom (shared with the baby)

Salary: 6,000–8,000 CHF per month, approximate 90,000–130,000 CHF gross per year – depending on experience and qualifications

Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
