Live-out Nanny/Governess in Lugano

On behalf of our private clients, we are looking for a Live-out Nanny/Governess to look after their 2 children aged 9 and 10 years old in Lugano, Switzerland.

The ideal Nanny/Governess will be firm but fair, experienced in setting up boundaries, practicing good manners & promoting positive behavior, a passion/experience in child development and psychology would be ideal, must be kind, empathetic, positive, sporty, and engaging.

The children love playing sports such as football, taekwondo, and skiing. They are also interested in cooking, arts and boardgames.

Duties but not limited to:

1. All childcare duties
2. Organising age-appropriate activities which promote critical thinking
3. Encourage good behaviour and manners
4. Supporting with homework (one of the children have mind SEN)
5. The family already employ a housekeeper/cook 

Schedule: Ideally Monday to Friday from 4pm to 8pm and occasional weekend. The family would be open to offer 20 to 40 hours per week.

This role requires travelling with the family and a driving license would be a bonus.

Salary:  35k - 65k  gross per year depending on working hours agreed.

Start date: as soon as possible  

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
