- Description
- We are looking for a passionate Chef/House Manager to create delicious meals and manage two properties for our private clients in Monaco & St. Moritz.
The role is full time on a Live-in bases. The ideal Chef/House Manager will have minimum of 5 years’ experience, understand dietary restrictions & preferences, experience in private household management or similar, discretion, confidentiality, & adaptability are key, valid driver's license is a must.
A bonus if experienced in formal dining service & etiquette skills, household inventory organization master, adaptable & flexible for different environments, able to connect & communicate flawlessly.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Craft delicious Mediterranean dishes with fresh, local ingredients.
- Accommodate dietary needs & preferences.
- Master various cooking techniques & explore other cuisines.
- Manage food shopping & keep the kitchen spotless.
- Oversee the residences, including staff & maintenance.
- Handle budgets & admin tasks efficiently.
- Plan amazing itineraries for Monaco & St. Moritz.
- Provide discreet & top-notch service.
Salaryis negotiable approx. €5K net per month
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
