- Description
- On behalf of our private clients, residing in Switzerland we are looking for a House Manager/ PA/ Butler to manage and oversee the households and staff in Switzerland, London & New York homes.
The ideal all-rounder will have 10 years’ experience in a similar environment, strong English speaking languages skills and another European language, have no travelling/working restrictions, discreet, trustworthy, have good attention to detail, Flexible with very good written and oral communication skills.
This is a varied, hands-on role, which will require the following duties:
- PA - Household administration, organising children’s birthday parties
- Butler- Driving as required (must have clean license), driving large cars, comfortable driving the family, & maintenance as required - ensuring the cars are clean personally when needed on site, packing, and unpacking and training others, service for dinner alongside chef, ensuring the kitchen is cleaned after and house closed for the evening, set up dinner tables both formal & informal service, and ideally knowledge of floral arrangements and decor
- House Manager- Recruiting staff as needed in house, train staff on cleaning procedures & etiquette, monitoring housekeepers daily routines, knowledge of laundry and delicate materials, monitoring inventories and ordering as required, organizing storages rooms/ areas in the house etc, keeping detailed accounts (reporting), dealing with contractors, plumbers, gardeners, electricians etc
Working Schedule: 5 days per week, full flexibility needed based around the family needs.
Accommodation:Separate accommodation provided
Salary: between 6,000-8,000 CHF per month
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 10 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
