- Description
- One of our private clients based in Geneva are looking for a Housekeeper for their family of 4 (x 2 children 9 & 13 years old, and 2 large Dog’s) on a large Estate.
The family is looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience as a Housekeeper of a large Estate, experienced driver with valid and clean Driver’s License, kind and discreet by nature, has a calm & positive personality, proactive, organised – ability to plan ahead, an eye for detail, able to work without supervision, hands-on (this is an informal household so muck in attitude required), discreet, Child & Pet friendly, flexible & happy to travel to the families’ other homes in Europe if required without any travel restrictions, looking for a long-term role.
Schedule:full time, Monday - Thursday at the property & Fridays: cleaning of offices in Old Town, Geneva. Flexibility for evenings and/or weekends, when required during Dinners
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning of the house at a high standard
- Keeping the house and outer buildings tidy and always organised
- Laundry and ironing, have knowledge & experience of delicate fabrics
- Being on top of the workload, with good planning
- Family cooking and snack preparing
- Dog walking and Dog sitting when required
- Keeping stock of all inventories & keep up to date
- Travelling to other residences to upkeep houses abroad
- Fridays:Housekeeping of offices in Old Town – Geneva
Accommodation: Separate staff house on site (no other members staff working for the family), no pets
Salary: CHF 25 per hour+, depending on experience
To start: ASAP
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
