- Description
- One of our private clients is looking for a positive and active housekeeper to join their household staff team in their family home in Cheserex (Canton de Vaud). This client has a lovely house composed of 3 floors.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced team player with great housekeeping and laundry skills and an eye for detail.
They will also be punctual, honest, discreet and well presented.
This is a lovely family composed of 2 adults, 3 teenagers, 2 dogs and 1 cat so it is essential to be pet friendly.
Main Tasks:
Laundry
Attention to detail
Cautious about the type of materials for accurate cleaning and ironing
Hand washing delicate items
Careful ironing of delicate items
Cleaning and polishing shoes
Housekeeping
Cleaning diverse rooms of the house
Polishing silver and delicate porcelain
Taking care and cleaning fine furniture
Taking care of washing-up, dishwasher, …
Tidying and cleaning kitchen, fridges, fresh and dry goods
Preparing breakfast for the family, alternating with other team members
Cleaning dogs and cat beds
It is a requirement to have a driving license and your own car to reach the house
Start date: as soon as possible
Salary: 5500 and 6500 Swiss Francs gross per month.
Working hours:
6 am to 4 pm with a 1-hour break
Or 8 am to 6 pm with a 1-hour break
The starting hour will differ on a rotation basis with the other housekeepers.
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
