- On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Senior Handyman to be based in Nyon.
The role of the Senior Handyman will be to manage another Handyman onsite and work under the direction of the House Manager.
We are looking for a dynamic and curious individual, hardworking and happy to learn new skills (trainings can be organised).
Working time: 45 hours / week
Qualification and Skills:
- Fluency in French
- Driver mandatory
- Ability to multi tasks and work independently
- General household maintenance (electricity, aircon)
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality
Salary & package
- Full-time, Live-out, Permanent Contract
- Yearly gross salary is CHF 90000 - negotiable
- 4 weeks holidays paid per year
Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client, un technicien sénior, responsable de maintenance pour travailler dans une superbe propriété pres de Geneve.
Le poste est a pourvoir immédiatement, en CDI de 45 heures par semaine.
La personne recherchée sera responsable du management du technicien de maintenance qui travaille deja pour la famille. De solides compétences en électricité et en plomberie mais egalement en climatisation et domotique sont demandées.
Un vehicule et le permis de conduire sont indispensables pour se render sur le site.
Nous recherchons un employé qui saura organiser son travail et celui de son collegue, communiquer avec des prestataires exterieurs, rapporter les informations au housemanager et veiller au bon fonctionnement des equipement et a la qualite du service.
Les qualités requises pour ce poste sont le dynamisme, le travaile en equipe, et le service de qualité, des formations peuvent etre organisées si besoin.
Le salaire proposé est de 95000CHF brut par mois.
