- Description
- This is a great opportunity for an English Speaking, ideally locally based professional well-established Chef, to join a lovely international family in their newly purchased estate in the Heart of Wessig, Switzerland. Ideally, they would like for the Chef to travel to work on daily basis, so someone who drives and lives around Zurich, in the hourly reach to Weggis, would be a great and a comfortable option. The client may also consider to relocate the chef if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Creating bespoke meals for the HNW family and occasionally their friend (mostly one person most of the time)
- Creating menus and offering meal ideas
- Confirming any requests with the principal and making suitable suggestions
- Organising shopping for the meals, asking for assistance from household personnel, buying and delivering daily produce
- Serving when required, or asking the Butler for assistance and service
- Making sure that all health and safety requirements are met
You will be
- An experienced well-established Chef
- A good/spoken level of English language
- German language is a great bonus
- Capable to showcase your portfolio (CV&Portfolio with dishes’ pictures is required) and to prepare a meal as part of the interview process
- Professional and reliable
- Welcoming and friendly approach is the key

Salary:
80K CHF negotiable
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
