- Housekeeper in Geneva, Switzerland Behalf of our private Clients we are looking for a professional Housekeeper to join the team in a private household in Geneva The position is permanent, live-out, full time approx. 42 hours per week Housekeeper responsibilities include cleaning rooms, public and back-of-house spaces in the main and staff properties. You will also address the family’s various queries and requests and make sure that all rooms are fully stocked, impeccably clean and inviting at all times. Ultimately, you will ensure a comfortable, discreet and pleasant experience for the family’s day-to-day life and their occasional guests. Duties and Responsibilities •Change bed linen and make beds daily •Replace used towels •Sweep and mop floors •Vacuum carpets •Dust furniture •Set up each private room according to the instructions provided by the management and family members and maintain it to the same standard at all times •Restock in-room beverages and food items if needed •Clean all internal public areas such as living room, corridors, wine caves and their surroundings, spa and gym areas, pool house and back-of-house areas as well as designated by management •Assist Head of Maintenance with external cleaning if/when needed •Report to Head of Housekeeping (or Head of Maintenance when the latter is absent) any technical issues and maintenance needs •Packing and unpacking suitcases •Address family’s queries (i.e. any additional services) •Ensure all assigned rooms and areas are impeccably clean and tidy by the end of the shift •Follow villa security guidelines Requirements •Work experience as a Room Attendant or Maid •Physical mobility and stamina •Positive, can-do attitude •Detail orientation •Available to work shifts, on weekends and different locations •Must be able to follow instructions and demonstrate professional attitude •Must have the ability to work independently and under little supervision Salary is negotiable, in the region of 55 000 + CHF annual Minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay Randolphs is an employment agency and employment business authorised to advertise the role on behalf of our client
