- Description
- One of our high-profile returning clients are looking for a Head Housekeeper for their busy home in Geneva.
This is a family with young children and a number of pets, with a fully staffed household. The family have a Chef, Nannies, Gardner’s, two other Housekeepers and Security on the property.
Duties of the Head Housekeeper include but are not limited to:
- Management of two other Housekeepers
- Wardrobe management/organising; packing/unpacking of clothes (working with delicate, high end fabrics)
- Assist with Laundry & Ironing
- Making sure all areas of the home are clean and tidy at all times
- Stocking of kitchen/pantry and bathroom essentials
- Manage all aspects of home interior
- Ordering for the house
- Manage the Rota i.e. day’s off/sick cover etc…
- Some travel within Switzerland
- Running errands
- Possible work location will be between multiple properties, so would need to be prepared to stay in a different location (accommodation will be provided)
Day’s & Hours of work:
Monday to Friday & work occasional weekends (On Rota) – 8 Hours a day
The Head Housekeeper must be a team player, organised, calm, trustworthy, honest, reliable and able to use own initiative. A Yachting background would be a bonus.
A Driver with own car essential for this role
Salary: negotiable
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
