Part-time Housekeeper/Nanny in Holland Park

Role: Housekeeper/Nanny

Client: A family (2 parents (one working in finance, the other is a doctor) and a 7yr old child

Contract - 3 days a week (Mon, Tue and Thur) 12hr days. There is a scope for overtime e.g., babysitting and extra days when wife is on call (around 4 weeks out of the year)

Location: Holland Park

Salary/Pay: Sitting around £15 net (£25,920 net yearly based off 3 days a week)

Start Date: Around June 2021

Responsibilities/Requirements

• Looking for a housekeeper/nanny to aim to coordinate their holidays with families. In particular, they cannot be on holiday in term time as this is when family would be taking holiday.
• Basic Housekeeping duties (a full 5 bedroom house, art on the walls, no antiques that are at risk of breakage etc)
• Basic childcare duties for 7yr old girl
• Helping with school drop-offs and pickups. The school is walkable and the bus is an option if the weather is not good
• Making sure child gets dressed
• Getting cereal for child in mornings, making basic dinners for child, and sometimes parents (using meal kits from places like River Café etc, very basic and easy prep)
• Helping child with homework
• The other members of staff include a gardner and a cleaner
• You will report to the parents
• Must be able to speak perfect English
• Speaking French is a plus (but not required) as this is the language taught at the child’s school
• Being tech savvy is a plus (using modern communication, email, text, being able to do web searches, etc)
• Looking for an energetic individual who has a genuine desire to spend time with the child (being willing to play boardgames, make crafts, etc)

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
