- Domestic/Housekeeping Couple in Holland Park, London We are looking for a professional Domestic Couple for our private client in the Central London The position is permanent, full-time, live-n Duties Perform the duties of a housekeeping couple which includes looking after the house to a very high standard. Household management including management of staff which consists of a chauffeur and housekeeper/cleaner. Planning of staff rotas and holidays to liaise with the office. Account management to include cash reports. Looking after valuable antique objects and silver. Upkeep of antique furnishings and curtains. Security, shopping, flower arranging and service at table. Ironing to a high standard and laundry which includes delicate and luxury clothes. General garden maintenance including washing terrace and paving stones. Overseeing contractors and general household maintenance and repairs. Dog lover. Hours of Work 5 1/2 days per week, Flexible days and hours when Principal is in the property to be taken in lieu when Principal is away. Days off Entitled to 1 ½ days off per week. Holidays 22 days’ holiday during each holiday year normally in July/August in addition to English Public Holidays (8). Salary Salary 2,500 per person, per calendar month net of PAYE and National Insurance contributions.
