- Our international client is looking for a Manny/Governor to care of their two boys aged 8 and 13 years old.
The ideal candidate will hold a set of strong core values regarding how children should be cared for, encouraging them to grow and develop educationally and socially.
Ideally the Manny/Governor will be qualified and have a background in teaching and some sports, however a well-educated Manny/Governor who is experienced in caring for children in the home setting will be strongly considered.
Days/Hours: As the children are in school in the day time (both boys are born and brought up in the UK and are studying in London schools)
- Weekday from 5pm- 8pm
- Weekends from 9am-6pm
The Manny/Governor will plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate classes in the evening and weekends, with the support of the PA and Nanny.
Duties:
- Preparing the children’s weekly timetable
- Oversee mealtimes, help with homework, set boundaries and act as a role model for the boys.
- Keeping in touch with schools and school emails
- Sourcing other speciality tutors for academic and sports activities
- Organising extra-curricular activities for the boys and accompanying them
- Driving is not essential but would be helpful to take the boys for their playdates/birthday parties etc.
Salary: Negotiable depending on candidate experience and qualification.
Booking length: ASAP Start for initial phase of 6 months (open to permanent)
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
