- Our private client is looking for a live-out full-time housekeeper for their (6 bedroom) family home in Chelsea.
This is a family of (5), (mum, dad and 3 children). The family have a full-time housekeeper, who also helps with the children, so you should be child-friendly happy to work together as a team.
Your tasks will be strictly divided between you and the current housekeeper.
You need to be happy to assist with drop offs and pick ups when needed and be able to cook the occasional basic meal for the children.
You will be adaptable to the family's needs and requirements, happy to be at hand, as and when required and good at respecting family privacy.
You should have a positive can-do attitude, be reliable and flexible.
All housekeeping duties required:
" High standing of light and deep cleaning
" Dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping
" Care for delicate surfaces and antiques
" Making beds, changing linens etc
" Tidying and organising
" Wardrobe managing
" Packing/unpacking
" Cleaning and stocking the fridge
" Cooking/preparing meals for the children
" Travel with the family during school holidays with the family (plenty of notice given in advance)
" Light and deep cleaning
" Polishing
" Laundering, including fine fabric care

" Enhanced DBS Checked or happy to undertake a check for the purpose of the role.

Hours/Days: Monday - Friday 10:00(am) - 7:00(pm) with some flexibility plus 1 Sunday a month ideally.
Salary: £30,000 gross per year (negotiable for the right candidate) Depending on experience
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
