Live-out Private Chef, Notting Hill
 
On behalf of our client we are looking for a live-out Private Chef to work for a Family in Notting Hill.
 
Permanent full-time position.
 
Looking for a versatile private chef to work for a family of seven (Children: 21,19,18,16,8)
 
Main base would be in Notting Hill, London. Usually just mother (father is non-dom), youngest daughter (8) and nanny in residence during term time. Chef would be required to prepare supper.
 
Two of the older children come home at the weekends (the two eldest are at uni in the states and home to London during the holidays).
 
Family would consider providing a small flat in NH.
 
The chef would be required to travel with the family to Val d’Isere where the family have an apartment. She would be required to cook breakfast, supper (unless the family are dining out) and occasional lunches.
 
The family can be in Val d’Isere from 1-4 weeks at a time.
 
The family spend New Year in Val d’Isere the chef would be required to work over this period.
 
The chef would be required to travel to the family’s house in Cornwall, where they stay for 1-2 weeks a couple of times a year.
 
The family will spend Christmas in Cornwall and the chef would be required to work this period also.
 
When the family travel to their place in New York, the chef would not be required .
 
The chef would need to be flexible, there will be quite a bit of holiday interspersed with more intensive periods of work.
 
A chef with a range of versatile skills.
 
Offering healthy, light and interesting dishes .
 
Appealing to child and teenage tastes.
 
Mother particularly would like a chef who can make fantastic, interesting salads for her evening meals.
 
Chef would be responsible for larder/pantry/food cupboard replenishment and organisation.
 
Shopping for good quality ingredients.
 
Housekeeper is also employed.
 
Salary: up to 50K – Negotiable depending on candidate experience
 
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
